Who we are

REV247 is a Florida limited liability company operating this website. For any question about this policy or the information we hold, contact REV247.

What we collect

We collect information in two ways: details you actively submit, and limited technical data your browser sends automatically.

• Inquiry form submissions - your name, email, company, optional role, the focus area you select, and the priorities you describe.
• Standard technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used in aggregate to understand how the site is performing.

What we do with it

• Reply to your inquiry.
• Follow up where there is a genuine fit for an engagement.
• Understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not add you to a recurring marketing list without your explicit opt-in.
• We do not run automated drip or sales-cadence sequences against your address.

REVHealth

REVHealth, our free Revenue & GTM Health Assessment, is available at /assessment. When you complete it we collect the answers you submit and the contact details you enter to receive your result — your name, email address, company and position.

We use those answers to generate your result and your PDF report, and we store the completed result so that the report remains available to you and so a Partner can pick up the conversation if you ask us to. We email your report to the address you provide. We do not sell your information, and marketing consent is a separate, optional checkbox that your result does not depend on.

You can ask us to delete your assessment record and contact details at any time using the contact details below. Unfinished assessments are held as a saved draft so you can return to them, and are removed automatically after 90 days.

REVHealth is a self-assessment. Your answers are not independently verified and we do not inspect your systems or records, so the result is a starting point rather than a completed diagnostic.

Service providers

We use third-party services to host this site and to deliver inquiry emails. These providers process data only to deliver those services to us. We select providers that offer appropriate contractual data-protection terms.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it — which pages are read, how long for, roughly where visitors are in the world, and what kind of device they use. Google sets cookies in your browser to recognise a returning browser across visits.

That identifies a browser, not a person. We do not use it to work out who you are, and it is not connected to the contact details you give us through the contact form or REVHealth — those you provide deliberately, and they are described above.

We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or session recording, and we do not sell or share this data for anyone else’s advertising. If that changes we will update this policy first, and add the consent controls the change requires.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works normally either way.

AI-assisted delivery

We use AI tools in parts of our own delivery work - for example, synthesizing interview transcripts into structured evidence, or drafting first-pass research. Every AI-drafted section is reviewed and either verified or cut before it reaches a client. We disclose this in engagement documentation rather than burying it in fine print.

If you are in the EU or UK

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To make a request, contact REV247 and we will action it.

Data retention

We keep inquiry data only as long as it is useful for the conversation it belongs to, or as required for our own records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
