How we work

From the first question to a working revenue operation.

We establish the starting point, investigate the gaps, and implement the work your business needs. One accountable REV247 Partner coordinates delivery alongside your leadership and team, then supports the ongoing operation and improvement of the deployed systems.

The sequence

Six steps, scoped to the work.

Every engagement follows the work your business needs. We agree priorities, responsibilities, delivery phases, and acceptance criteria before implementation begins.

  1. 01

    Establish the starting point

Begin with a conversation about your business, goals, and revenue challenges. REVHealth is the standard first step — start with the free assessment.

  2. 02

    Diagnose the gaps

Under an agreed diagnostic scope, review the relevant systems, data, processes, and team input. Establish the baseline and identify missing foundations.

  3. 03

    Agree the implementation

Define priorities, outputs, responsibilities, phases, acceptance criteria, and commercial terms before building begins. You retain the diagnostic findings and roadmap.

  4. 04

    Build and connect

Implement the agreed processes, tools, integrations, automations, and Command Center, coordinated by your REV247 Partner.

  5. 05

    Validate and launch

Test with your team, launch in agreed phases, confirm acceptance, and resolve stabilization issues. Provide implementation guides and agreed training support.

  6. 06

    Operate and improve

Through a separately agreed ongoing partnership, maintain the deployed systems, review performance, and deliver prioritized improvements.

Responsibilities

Clear ownership on both sides.

  • REV247

Diagnostic and solution coordination, specialist selection, delivery oversight, testing coordination, and agreed ongoing improvement.

  • Your organization

Executive sponsorship, operating owners, access, timely decisions, and internal adoption.

  • Together

Priorities, definitions of success, acceptance criteria, and a practical review schedule.

An accountable Partner leads each engagement, supported by the specialists the scope requires.

Accountability

What keeps the work accountable.

We agree what will be delivered and how it will be accepted. Reporting makes the starting point, work completed, and observed performance visible. New requests and larger builds are scoped explicitly. Ongoing reviews connect the systems to the business priorities they support.
